The Administration is seeking candidates to serve as Director of Campus Ministry for the 2016-2017 school year. The Director of Campus Ministry is a member of the Administrative Team and works under the supervision of the Principal. The Campus Minister oversees all programs of Campus Ministry, including retreat programs, liturgy, charitable giving, and works with the Campus Ministry team to provide prayer experiences, service learning, as well as providing pastoral care. The Campus Minister is a fully initiated member of the Catholic Church, nourishes his/her faith through ongoing spiritual formation and prayer, and publicly adheres to Church teachings. Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- Commitment to the mission and philosophy of Nolan Catholic High School and the Diocese of Fort Worth
- Ministry experience in retreats, liturgy planning and pastoral care.
- Master’s degree, preferred
- Exemplary written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with problem solving and team decision making.
- Such exceptions to the above that the Principal finds acceptable.
