

Nolan Catholic High School is a private, co-educational college preparatory school. Founded in 1961, Nolan Catholic serves approximately 1,000 students in grades 9-12. NCHS is an educational ministry of the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth under the administration of the Society of Mary (Marianists). NCHS is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Texas Catholic Conference Education department. Its 93-member faculty is composed of 5 vowed religious and 87 laymen. More than 51% hold advanced degrees: two doctoral and 45 master's degrees.
MISSION
Nolan Catholic High School serves the mission of the Roman Catholic Church by educating youth. This is accomplished according to the characteristics of Marianist education which are to:
Rene Ramirez has been at Nolan Catholic High School for four years. He has a B.A. in Communications/English from the University of North Texas.
He has more than 18 years of teaching experience in Catholic schools and also serves as assistant football coach.
Dr. John Shreve is in his second year at Nolan. He has a doctorate in Education Administration.
He has 30 years of experience as principal, teacher, and coach in Catholic, Public, and Charter schools. Most recently, he was Principal of Holy Family Catholic School from 2006-2011.
