NCHS Administration
Nolan Catholic is conducted with the President/Principal model of secondary school administration. The President is the CEO (chief executive officer) and carries the full responsibility for the entire operation; he is accountable to the superintendent of Catholic Schools, and ultimately to the Bishop of the Diocese of Fort Worth. The President supervises the Principal, the Director of Facilities and Services, the Director of Financial Services and the Director of Institutional Advancement/ Development.
The Principal is the COO (chief operations officer) who is responsible for the day to day operations of the school, and is accountable to the President. The Principal supervises the Academic Dean, the Dean of Students (attendance and discipline), Athletics and Student Activities.
The Administrative Council of NCHS consists of the President, the Principal, the Academic Dean, the Dean of Students and the Director of Facilities and Services.
