Show premise:
Wonderful Town is the story of Eileen and Ruth Sherwood, two sisters who are fresh off the bus from Ohio and are bursting with dreams of making it big, falling in love and living happily ever after in New York City during the 1930s. Ruth is an aspiring writer, average in appearance and who can't keep a man's attention - no matter what. Eileen, a fledgling actress, is Ruth's opposite. She is a beautiful dancer, who - without even trying - has men falling at her feet.
