NCHS 2011-2012 Student Retreats

Freshmen:                                                  AGAPE

Spend a day away from campus to reflect on your love of God and why we are called to love and serve others. The freshmen retreat is mandatory and is scheduled by your Theology teacher. 

Dates: Jan. 17,  Feb. 14, April 11

Sophomores:                                            MARY'S YES!!!      

                                                Join your classmates at Camp Carter for a challenging day of physical activity on the ropes course!  Spend some time reflecting on how God is always present to you and with you even in the most difficult of times.  This is a mandatory retreat. Choose one date:
Dates:  Sept. 20, Oct. 11, Nov. 15, April 17                      

Juniors:                                                    EMMAUS

                                                Join your classmates for 2 days in the rolling hills of Glen Rose to deepen your awareness of the Lord’s love for you. Become more fully aware of how God works in your life through your relationships with other people.  The junior retreat is optional.  Choose one set of dates:
Sept. 26-27,  March 5-6

Seniors:                                                    KAIROS

                                                 Don’t miss this opportunity to strengthen your faith as you prepare to graduate and move on to college and young adulthood!  Give yourself the gift of 4 days of deep reflection about how God is and always will be part of your life.  Join us in the piney woods of east Texas.  Kairos is optional but fills quickly.  Choose one set of dates:
Oct. 24-27, Feb. 6-9, March 26-29

                                                All Kairos retreats leave Monday after school  and return Thursday afternoon at 5 p.m.
